Dollar Tree Stores in Jonesboro, AR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store functions and support the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include organizing merchandise, processing directives, ensuring safety and loss prevention, and training Store Associates to maintain a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming shop floor for customers.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise transfers from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling tasks.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized store environment.

Conocimientos

Store management experience

Strong communication skills

Ability to lift up to 55 lbs

Educación
