Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is hiring for an assistant store leadership role in our Plano, TX location. The individual will support the General Manager in daily operations, supervise staff, and help ensure standards across service and cleanliness.

You will handle hiring, onboarding, and routine store maintenance, while building cohesive teams and maintaining strong communication with the GM. This role offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced QSR environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Counting inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries.
• Other job duties, as needed.
