Domino’s Team BAM! is seeking a motivated individual to assist the General Manager in daily store operations in Irving, TX. The role involves supervising staff, interviewing and onboarding new team members, and maintaining facility cleanliness to company standards.

You will count inventories, coordinate commissary deliveries, and handle other duties as needed while aiming to build cohesive teams and maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Full-Time work availability
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards
• Counting inventory and supplies
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
