Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Denver City, Texas is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as a manager-support role.

You will assist the General Manager in running standards, supervise staff, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and help maintain cleanliness and efficiency across the store. Ideal candidates have prior management or quick service restaurant experience, can work with minimal supervision, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time work availability.
• Previous management or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Counting inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries.
• Other job duties, as needed
