Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team at Domino's.

This role focuses on assisting the General Manager, managing store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring cleanliness and efficiency to meet company standards. Ideal candidates will have prior management or quick service experience, be able to work full-time, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time work availability.
• Previous management or QSR experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness to company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain the store and its equipment.
• Coordinate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other duties as needed.
