Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Albuquerque, NM is seeking friendly, motivated individuals for a store leadership role supporting the General Manager.

You will help run daily operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards. Responsibilities include interviewing and onboarding new team members, ensuring cleanliness and equipment maintenance, coordinating deliveries, and handling miscellaneous duties to help the store deliver great service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a team and assist the General Manager
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in quick-service or retail management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards
• Counting inventory and supplies
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
• Efficient employee supervision
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
• Rotating commissary deliveries
• Other job duties, as needed
