Job summary

Maverik Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager (Operations) in a full-time role, cross-trained between Food Service and Front-of-Store. Starting pay is $17.95-$19.95/hr, with eligibility for a bonus program and opportunities for advancement.

You will lead and coach a team, support daily store operations, and help create an exceptional customer experience while fostering a culture of service, teamwork, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Flexible Schedule: 24/7 stores may require nights, weekends, holidays.
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills: engage effectively with Team Members and customers.
• Collected & Composed: remain calm under pressure while delivering service.
• Effective Problem Solving: analyze issues and create solutions.
• Experience: 1 year+ supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion GET: model Maverik’s customer service expectations and coach Team Members.
• Lead by Example: assist with store operations and Food Service to run smoothly.
• Team Development: train, mentor, and supervise all Team Members.
