Job summary

Maverik is hiring an Assistant Manager (Operations) in a full-time role. Starting pay is $17.95–$19.95/hr with eligibility for a bonus program. The position involves cross-training between Food Service and Front-of-Store, leading the team, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

You will coach Team Members, support daily operations, and help drive a culture of service, teamwork, and accountability. Food safety certification is required by applicable law.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Must obtain and maintain food safety certification as required by state/local jurisdiction.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Team Members to deliver the Maverik GET standard.
• Support daily store operations and ensure smooth store/food service runs.
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff; lead by example and maintain culture of service and accountability.
