Maverik is seeking an Assistant Manager (Operations) in Colorado to oversee daily store operations and cross-train in Food Service and Front-of-Store. Starting pay ranges from $24.25 to $26.25 per hour, with eligibility for a bonus program, and a full-time schedule.

You will lead and coach Team Members, help drive exceptional customer experiences, and contribute to a culture of service and accountability. Must be 21+ with a flexible, around-the-clock schedule and a food safety certification.

Formación

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Flexible schedule due to 24/7 store operations.
• 1 year+ supervisory experience preferred.
• Food Safety Certification required by state/local jurisdiction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach Team Members and support daily store operations.
• Ensure a welcoming and engaging customer experience.
• Model and coach GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) standards.
• Support training, mentoring, and supervision of staff.
