Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash deposits.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate cash register and scanner to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling staff, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• stock, rotate merchandise and build displays according to planograms.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; manage damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Ensure financial integrity; refunds, overrides, cash control, deposits.
• Assist store management in the Store Manager's absence.
