You will assist with daily tasks, organize merchandise, train associates, and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers. This role emphasizes leadership, policy compliance, and effective communication to maintain high retail standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to read, interpret and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drugstore environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for long periods; frequent walking and bending.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Ability to train, supervise and develop store associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers with questions in a positive, approachable manner.
• Maintain stockrooms and sales floor, organize merchandise from delivery to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and maintain loss prevention measures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Support Store Manager in supervising and developing store associates.
