Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in the United States is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as we support the store's leadership in daily operations. This full-time role focuses on assisting the General Manager, supervising employees, and upholding company standards.

You will participate in hiring, onboarding, inventory, and daily store maintenance, ensuring a clean, efficient, and customer-friendly operation. Advancement opportunities and employee benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Counting inventory and supplies
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
• Efficient employee supervision
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
• Rotating commissary deliveries
• Other job duties, as needed
