Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a proactive manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and service standards.

You will help supervise staff, count inventory, and ensure clean facilities in line with Domino's guidelines, while coordinating onboarding for new hires. Ideal candidates bring prior management or quick-service restaurant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate cohesive teams with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time availability.
• Previous management or QSR experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and build cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Counting inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries.
• Other job duties, as needed.
