Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring policies are followed, managing cash, assisting with scheduling, and supporting store objectives while maintaining a positive, productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in the absence of the General Manager to meet objectives.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and staff are courteous and service oriented.
• Supervise food preparation and presentation according to brand standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and preparation tasks.
• Manage deliveries and labor cost in line with schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and facility appearance.
• Support scheduling and labor cost objectives.
• Maintain confidentiality per guidelines.
