Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Greets customers in person or via phone and takes orders professionally and promptly.
• Provides excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers, including menu information.
• Communicates daily job assignments on each shift.
• Oversees pre-close functions while maintaining service and food quality standards.
• Oversees cash management duties and processes daily reports.
