The role includes supervising staff to ensure brand standards, assisting with opening/closing tasks, managing labor and deliveries, and supporting store and regional managers with performance improvement and a positive work environment.

• Manage labor scheduling to meet business needs and labor costs.
• Provide feedback and implement store and company objectives.
