Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in GM's absence.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and staff are courteous and service-oriented.
• Supervise food preparation and service to meet brand standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and prep tasks.
• Coordinate deliveries and labor scheduling to control costs.
• Train employees and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per policies.
