Job summary

Team Washington, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead to assist in daily oversight and coordination of sales, costs, employee retention, customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation across Domino’s Pizza franchises in the Washington DC metro area.

You will supervise staff, ensure brand standards, coordinate deliveries, and contribute to labor optimization while supporting general and regional management objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication when interacting with management and customers.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lead the team on duty and coordinate tasks.
• Pass applicable Company background checks.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to take orders over the counter or by phone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate accuracy with math for monetary transactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and staff are courteous and service-oriented.
• Supervise food preparation and service to brand standards.
• Assist in opening/closing tasks and daily prep lists.
• Assist in scheduling labor based on activity and budgets.
• Support sales, service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
