Qualifications

• Ability to take orders over the counter or phone.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in sales, costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and staff are courteous and service-oriented.
• Supervise food preparation and serving to brand standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and preparing lists.
• Lead and coordinate team members on duty to ensure efficient operations.
• Support objectives in sales, service, cleanliness, and training.
• Control cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Identify labor and food cost factors and take actions to improve them.
• Schedule labor according to activity and ensure staffing.
• Provide suggestions to General and Regional Managers.
• Maintain professional knowledge through training and publications.
