Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and team is courteous and service-oriented.
• Supervise food preparation and presentation according to brand standards.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and prep lists.
• Manage labor by scheduling and monitoring labor costs.
• Support store objectives in sales, service, quality, and cleanliness.
• Maintain cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
