Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to assist in daily oversight, coordination and execution of objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and food quality.

Key duties include supervising staff, ensuring brand standards, opening/closing duties, managing labor and costs, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. Previous leadership experience in quick-service is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and management.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced store environment.
• Comfort with entering orders on a computer or touch screen and taking orders over the counter or by phone.
• Capable of leading the team on duty and coordinating tasks.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and provide correct change.
• Willingness to pass background checks and comply with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers are welcomed and team is responsive and service-oriented.
• Supervise food preparation and presentation according to brand standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and prep lists and schedules.
• Manage labor and food cost through proactive scheduling and controls.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per company guidelines.
• Provide feedback and training to employees to meet objectives.
