Job summary

Sephora in Franklin, TN is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store efficiency and an exceptional client experience. You’ll lead the operations team, oversee inventory and merchandising, and coach others to perform at their best.

This full-time role requires at least 2 years of leadership in retail or hospitality, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. You will promote inclusivity and uphold Sephora standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining standards.
• Lead visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance to drive sales.
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and hit store goals.
• Coach and train team members on processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics.
• Promote inclusivity and teamwork and uphold Sephora standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies and provide a safe shopping environment.
