Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. in Nashville (Fifth & Broadway) is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store operations, inventory control, and the client experience. You will lead the operations team, oversee merchandising, and coach colleagues to perform at their best.

This full-time, hourly, non-exempt role requires at least 2 years of leadership in retail or hospitality, a passion for developing people, and a commitment to Sephora’s Belong to Something Beautiful culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment.
• Lead visual merchandising and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand.
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and reach store goals.
• Coach and develop team members to grow in Sephora's operations.
• Promote inclusivity and teamwork across the store.
• Uphold Sephora standards and safety policies.
