Job summary

Specs Family Partners is seeking a store supervisor to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store objectives. You will supervise sales staff, stockers, cashiers, and other team members, and assist with daily store operations, scheduling, and payroll-related tasks.

The role requires supervisory experience, an associate degree or higher preferred, and readiness to manage keys, alarms, and daily cash handling.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required; retail management preferred.
• Associate degree or higher preferred; experience accepted.
• Bilingual skills a plus; TABC permit requirement.
• Experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and District Manager in achieving store objectives.
• Open/close store, manage keys and alarm.
• Supervise hourly staff, train and direct work.
• Assist guests with product suggestions and service.
• Ensure till reconciliation and cash handling accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
