Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate in Beaverton, OR. The role focuses on shipping and receiving gear, stocking to a planogram, and merchandising to provide customers with a great in-store experience.

You will participate in inventory control, cycle counting, cash handling, and signage tasks while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment. The position emphasizes collaboration, initiative, and strong organizational and technology skills.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory control tasks and maintain accuracy.
• Ship and receive gear and other items to support store operations.
• Perform cycle counting of inventory for accuracy and ordering.
• Stock and merchandize items according to a planogram.
• Print and place signage and price signs (POP).
• Assist with cash handling and POS procedures.
• Support shrink awareness and control; perform other duties as assigned.
