Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Operations Manager at our Anchorage store to oversee daily operations and help create an optimal guest experience. You will manage promotions, inventory, and POS processes while leading onboarding and hiring activities for new teammates during peak seasons.

This full-time role requires a flexible schedule (including holidays) and a focus on loss prevention, customer service, and store merchandising excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to fulfill the mission of creating an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Coordinate promotions, inventory, and visual merchandising in collaboration with store teams.
• Lead onboarding, interviews, and onboarding for new teammates; manage hiring dashboards.
• Ensure proper handling of payments, exchanges, and loss prevention procedures.
• Maintain organized work area, organize fixtures, and monitor security and safety.
