Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor test stores and evaluate program success using statistical data and metrics
• Analyze Gift Card sales, project future sales, and identify opportunities to simplify and streamline programs and processes
• Work with Global Payments, Global Communications, Customer Service, and Field Teams
• Interact with all levels of Home Office management
• Attend Field Escalation Team meetings focused on de-escalating sensitive issues and determining appropriate resolutions
• Support Field Leadership and Stores with guidance and resources for non-merchandise sales-driving strategies
• Help maintain a consistent escalation process addressing critical customer-facing issues and protecting brand reputation
• Complete hands-on projects under supervision and guidance in a fast-paced Store Operations environment

• Work with the Beverage Vendor to improve existing business and explore new opportunities for incremental profitable sales growth
• Attend Field Escalation Team meetings focused on de-escalating sensitive issues and determining appropriate resolutions
• Support Field Leadership and Stores with guidance and resources for non-merchandise sales-driving strategies
• Help maintain a consistent escalation process addressing critical customer-facing issues and protecting brand reputation
• Complete hands-on projects under supervision and guidance in a fast-paced Store Operations environment

Requirements

• Current student
• Students pursuing a degree in Communication, Business or Finance preferred but not required
• Previous co-op experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to seek out feedback and incorporate feedback to enhance performance
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional attitude
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities
• Ability to work independently, generate ideas and process improvements, and clearly articulate them to the team

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

• Previous employment in retail is a strong plus
