Job description

• Lead the entire store team to excellence in team member, guest, and financial outcomes
• Oversee daily store operations
• Create and implement strategies to grow the business
• Coordinate development of key performance goals for direct reports and standard work
• Implement Foundational Excellence throughout the store team
• Ensure the store is fully staffed with the right number and talent of team members
• Schedule coverage to optimize productivity and efficiency
• Lead retail store teams to execute channel strategy and meet sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals
• Drive profitable outcomes through Sales Leadership and Operations Standard Work
• Build a “Guest First” culture using guest feedback, in-store engagement, and satisfaction tools/social media reviews
• Change current reality through gap management and business plans for people and processes
• Collaborate with Regional Director, Corporate Retail Operations, and cross-functional Corporate partners on customer service strategy
• Develop concepts, processes, and execution plans across departments
• Align store strategies with company and division OKRs
• Prepare and execute talent management and succession planning strategies
• Recruit, lead, and develop team members and build high-performance teams
• Host ongoing talent conversations to develop leadership skills and build store bench
• Act as Leadership Champion through personal leadership and performance management
• Coach, mentor, and lead by example
• Set expectations and hold teams accountable for performance
• Manage budget, resources, staffing, and operations according to business priorities
• Own the P&L and make financial decisions for company and store profitability
• Ensure brand presentation follows Style Guides
• Drive results through SOPs, retail processes, and procedures
• Engage store TEC teams to develop employee engagement plans and strategies
• Partner on community efforts to promote the brand
• Open and close the store as needed, including securing the building and enabling/disabling alarms

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in business, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field preferred
• 5 years experience in direct customer interactive environment required
• High volume experience
• 3 years of management experience required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must be able to manage the store leadership team within the assigned region
• Must be able to develop and execute company business strategies and comprehensive business plans
• Must be able to communicate company policies and legal guidelines and maintain relationships with shareholders, business partners, and authorities
• Must be able to delegate responsibilities and supervise direct reports
