Qualifications

• Proven management and leadership experience
• Education from a college or technical school
• Combination of education and experience preferred

• Proven ability to set objectives and lead a team to achieve business goals

Responsibilities

• General Store Operations and decision-making in product and department strategies, hiring, promotion, and discipline
• Coaching and training mid-level and lower-level managers to supervise Partners
• Lead cross-functional teams and set policy/direction in alignment with GM
• Conduct store walks, address issues, and maintain operational standards
• Communicate opening/closing shift issues and maintain safety and sanitation standards
• Oversee Maintenance department budgets, schedules, and contractor projects
• Respond to customer incidents and ensure a safe, clean shopping environment
• Lead loss prevention initiatives and partner training on procedures
