Dollar Tree in Taylorsville, Utah is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development.

You will assist with opening and closing procedures, merchandise handling, and staff supervision, while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store and ensuring policy compliance.

The role emphasizes strong communication and problem-solving within a high-energy, collaborative team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred and required to read, interpret store directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and meet demands of frequent movement and standing.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns they may have.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications related to activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and store-front fixtures.
