Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, and repetitive lifting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing and transferring merchandise and maintaining seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain areas of the store and ensure standards are met.
• Support Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, positive environment and professional interactions with customers and staff.
