Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate the cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, restocking, displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory, manage damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Support planogram implementation and in-store presentation.
• Ensure financial integrity: cashier accountability, deposits, refunds, overrides.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
