Job summary

Family Dollar in Bremond, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, guest service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day activities, help customers, and ensure the sales floor and stockroom meet company standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities to support operations.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Maintain stockroom, shelves, and seasonal areas to company standards and assist transfers from delivery.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and implement corporate directives.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, handling damaged items, payroll and scheduling tasks, and loss prevention.
