Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, inventory handling, loss prevention, and maintaining clean, well-organized sales floors and stockrooms. This role requires strong communication and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and explain directives is required.
• Experience in store management in retail, grocery, or drug store is preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and store communications; ensure proper execution.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for storefronts.
