Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor degree or equivalent leadership experience in retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, providing feedback and guiding store operations.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensures customer service standards, resolves issues, and implements action plans to improve processes and customer experience.
• Manages merchandising, inventory flow, and store presentation to support seasonal transitions and minimize shrink.
