Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Retail Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in retail or store operations.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workload planning initiatives, including surveys and testing rollouts.
• Maintain workload calendars for Field Leaders and Store Teams.
• Develop quarterly workload guides with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Store Ops, Field Visual, Marketing, Merchandising, and Field Leadership.
• Track timelines for product and promotional testing and collect feedback.
• Monitor processes and identify opportunities to improve communication and efficiency.
• Summarize field feedback to identify trends for improvement.
• Maintain workload planning tools and resources for field teams.
• Provide rotational weekend on-call communication support.
• Additional duties as assigned.
