Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 2 years of college OR 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience OR 2 years general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Preferred: BS in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and feedback to associates.
• Drive store performance by managing budgeting, forecasting, and expenses to align with sales and profit goals.
• Oversee store operations including merchandising, inventory flow, and customer service initiatives.
• Promote a culture of belonging and ensure compliance with policies and ethics.
