Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, position may require CBC and Firearms Authorized Training.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (e.g. Academy, Open Door).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by training, feedback, and coaching to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive store financial performance by budgeting, forecasting and cost control; manage inventory and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Open Door guidance; promote a culture of belonging and integrity.
