Qualifications

• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and coaching to improve store operations.
• Drive store financial performance by monitoring budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and shrink mitigation align with sales goals.
• Supervise hourly associates, set expectations, recognize performance, and promote inclusive culture.
