Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training and feedback to improve performance.
• Drive store sales by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and merchandising.
• Ensure customer service excellence by modeling Walmart's OBW service standards and resolving issues promptly.
• Promote a culture of belonging and integrity across the workforce.
