• Associates must complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams, teaches, trains, and provides feedback to associates.
• Drives store performance by managing operations, merchandising, and customer service.
• Monitors finances, budgeting, forecasting, and controls expenses.
• Coordinates with stakeholders, sets expectations, and promotes a belonging culture.
