Qualifications

• Two years of college; or 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; or 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will attend and complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams, providing coaching, feedback and guidance to associates.
• Drive store sales by monitoring budgets, forecasting and expenses, and ensuring effective merchandising.
• Maintain exceptional customer service using Walmart's OBW service model and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote continuous improvement.
