Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and providing feedback to associates.
• Drives store performance by managing budgets, merchandising, and operations.
• Supervises and develops hourly associates, setting expectations and recognizing performance.
• Ensures customer needs and issues are resolved and supports community programs.
