Job summary

Walmart McDonough, GA seeks a Store Leader to develop teams, coach associates and drive store operations. You’ll lead training, monitor performance, and communicate business objectives to teams while applying the Open Door Policy and OBW service model to deliver exceptional customer service.

You’ll oversee finances, budgeting, inventory flow, merchandising, and shrink control to hit sales and profit goals. The role requires building relationships, promoting belonging, and guiding associates

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and providing feedback to associates; promotes a culture of belonging through open communication.
• Drives store financial performance by managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, expenses, and inventory flow to meet sales and profit goals.
• Oversees customer service initiatives and uses OBW service model to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders, promotes continuous learning, and develops associates through hiring, training, mentoring.
