Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, acknowledgment of CBC requirements; training prerequisites.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (Academy, Open Door, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, hiring, training and mentoring, setting expectations and recognizing performance.
