Jimmy John’s Sandwiches in Collierville, TN seeks a General Manager to oversee all in-store operations, including staffing, scheduling, food safety, inventory, COGS, cash handling, and brand compliance. You will ensure the store runs smoothly and employees perform duties efficiently, leading with integrity and strong systems.

The role requires self-motivation, superior leadership, and the ability to coach and train multiple positions.

Qualifications

• 40+ hour work week required.
• 18+ years old with valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
• Able to train all store roles (Assistant Manager, PIC, InShopper, Delivery Driver).
• Capable of handling fast-paced, high-stress situations with minimal supervision.
• Willing to coach and manage team priorities in-store.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all in-store operations including staffing, scheduling, food safety, inventory/stock ordering, COGS, cash handling and brand compliance.
• Ensure the store is in exceptional order and employees perform duties properly and efficiently.
• Lead with integrity, drive systems, and coach staff; drive toward bonus-eligible performance.
