Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet objectives.
• Strong communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: supervise daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize sales.
• 30% People: recruit, train and develop associates; coach and resolve concerns; ensure inclusion.
• 30% Operations: ensure processes are followed and omni-channel strategies are utilized.
• Store duties: manage inventory, payroll hours, schedules, opening/closing procedures.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: protect assets, follow cash control and safety policies.
