Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain cleanliness for an exceptional guest experience. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, help with inventory, and ensure product availability on the sales floor.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and flexible availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting retail goals by ensuring tasks are completed and merchandise is available for purchase.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure proper inventory procedures and replenishment.
• Follow store procedures, dress code, and loss prevention best practices.
• Support merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and stock accuracy.
• Provide exceptional guest service and assist peers and guests as needed.
