Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations and guest experiences. You will ensure merchandise is stocked, the store is clean, and procedures are followed to drive sales and efficiency.

In this role you will work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, participate in ongoing training, and help maintain inventory accuracy, planograms, and friendly guest service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS) and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Support compliance with task dashboards and store procedures.
• Assist in replenishment, merchandise resets, and inventory counts.
• Drive sales performance through guest service and operations excellence.
• Follow loss prevention and safety guidelines and assist peers.
