Job summary

Domino’s in Norfolk seeks dedicated team members to support carryout and phone orders while upholding brand standards and best practices. You will ensure order accuracy, food safety, and superior customer experience through consistent procedures and attentive service.

You’ll contribute to store performance by handling SOPs, inventory, budgeting awareness, and monthly reviews, with a strong focus on teamwork and reliable operation across the shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers politely and knowledgeably.
• Maintaining image in line with Domino’s standards.
• Demonstrating customer WOW steps: apologize, give them what they want, and offer something extra.
• Counting peperoni and ham on every order to ensure correct toppings.
• Not clearing pizzas before they are ready to be placed in the oven.
• Drivers must have $1 in coin change on every delivery.
• Drivers must say 'Let me get your change' on every order.
• No one may carry more than $20 while on the clock.
• No pocket knives or weapons allowed while working.
• Driver vehicles must be neat, clean, and presentable.
• Drivers should not be routed or checked in early from delivery.
• Pizza makers must wash hands before making products.
• Only proper procedures for products are allowed.
• Safe Delivery CBT completed by every driver.
• Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm name and address.
• Responsible for results in assigned stores and for food, labor, and service goals.
• P&L reviews with direct supervisor each month.
• Minimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on-call day.
• Ensure stores meet minimum tips and Domino’s standards.
• Ensure stores are staffed and training is provided to team members.
• Repair and maintenance in all stores is maintained.
• Implement new products or ideas seamlessly.
• Ensure all stores run at a minimum 4 star level.
• Self OERs performed in the first week of each period with corrections made.
• Evaluations and raises completed as needed with paperwork notified.
• Follow through on assignments and timely submission of reports and paperwork.
• All store-level reports and paperwork are complete and accurate.
• Know of all product and operational standards.
• All safety and security procedures are followed and equipment is in working order.
• Store budgets maintained.
• All school lunches are prepared and delivered within required standards.
• Provide accurate accountability and ensure paper trail exists.
• All equipment is available and utilized correctly.
• Inventory checks performed monthly.
• Systems checklist and visit books are in place and used.
